CurryHub USA is a directory of South Asian restaurants across the US and Canada. We collect very little personal information:

• Restaurant claim requests: if you submit the "Claim this listing" form, we store the name and email address you provide, along with the restaurant you're claiming.
• Contact messages: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs IP addresses and basic request data for security and performance, as most websites do.

2. Restaurant listing data

Restaurant names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, ratings and photos shown on this site are sourced from publicly available business listings (such as Google Maps) to help people find South Asian restaurants near them. This is business information, not personal data about individuals. If you are a restaurant owner and want a listing corrected or removed, see our Contact page.

3. How we use information

We use claim-form and contact-form data only to verify listing ownership and to communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes — for example, by adding analytics — this policy will be updated.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete any personal information we hold about you (such as a claim submission) at any time by emailing us via the Contact page.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
