About Signature by Punjabland

Signature is the fine-dining sister of Brampton's popular PunjabLand, and it bills itself as Brampton's first premium fine-dining Indian restaurant. The cooking starts from classic Indian flavours and adds modern plating and fusion techniques, served in a dressed-up downtown dining room on Queen Street East.

Why go

Special occasions: anniversaries, birthdays and family celebrations, when you want more than a casual curry house
The drinks: a strong list of beers and cocktails, plus good coffee and tea
Dessert: well regarded, and worth saving room for

Good to know

Late hours: Monday to Thursday 5 pm to 1 am, and Friday to Sunday noon to 2 am. That makes it one of the latest-opening sit-down restaurants in Brampton.
